Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Gut-friendly ingredients are rolled into super-filling balls of goodness! These guys take 10 minutes to make and are so easy to take on the go. They fill you up and satisfy a sweet craving – what’s not to love!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup grated dark chocolate
  • 3/4 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Roll dough into balls with your palms.
  3. Pop in the fridge for half an hour!
